Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares or voting interests.
  • Country refers to: Nevada, United States
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Super SQA.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
  • Service refers to the Website and associated training products.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Website refers to Super SQA, accessible from https://supersqa.com.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and constitute the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to any part of the Terms, You may not use the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy. Please review Our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Subscription Terms

Super SQA offers a subscription-based membership called SuperSQA Access Pro, which grants access to a curated library of self-paced software testing courses.

Free Trial and Billing

New subscribers are eligible for a one-time 31-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup. After the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan (monthly or annual), unless canceled beforehand.

Recurring Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by You. By subscribing, You authorize Super SQA to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply, but no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or missed cancellations.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

General Provisions

(a) Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

BootCamp Students

(b) BootCamp students are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for tuition if a cancellation request is submitted before the start of the second live session.

Self-Paced Video Courses

(c) Students enrolled in self-paced courses (outside of the Access Pro subscription) may request a 100% refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided they purchased the course individually.

Refund Processing

(d) Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following a valid cancellation request.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount You paid through the Service or USD 100 if no purchases were made.

In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of such possibilities.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and no warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted use or error-free performance. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to You.

Third-Party Materials

Certain parts of the Service may contain third-party content or references. You acknowledge that Super SQA is not responsible for objectionable or inaccurate third-party materials and You use them at Your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any disputes, You agree to try resolving them informally by contacting Us first. Filing a payment dispute with a financial institution before contacting Super SQA may trigger legal response, including civil action.

For European Union Users

If You are an EU resident, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You confirm that You are not located in a U.S. embargoed country or listed on any U.S. government prohibited party list.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted to reflect the original intent. All other terms remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Translation

If these Terms have been translated, the original English version shall prevail in case of disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
