Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, services, and training products (collectively, the "Service").

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined in these Terms. The definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company (also "we", "us", "our") refers to Super SQA.
  • Country refers to Nevada, United States.
  • Service refers to the Website and associated training products, membership, community areas, downloads, and related content.
  • Website refers to Super SQA, accessible at https://supersqa.com.
  • You refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Subscription refers to the paid membership program currently marketed as "SuperSQA Access Pro" (or any successor name) that renews on a recurring basis unless canceled.
  • Content refers to all materials available through the Service, including videos, text, worksheets, templates, code, repositories, downloads, and community posts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms control for issues related to use of the Service and purchases.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You may need an account to access parts of the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription Terms (Access Pro)

Free Trial and Billing

If offered, new subscribers may be eligible for a one time 31 day free trial. A valid payment method may be required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan (monthly or annual) and your payment method will be charged at the then current rate displayed at checkout.

Recurring Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Plan Options and Pricing Changes

  • We may offer monthly and annual plans. The plan options available to you will be shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices, trial availability, or plan features from time to time. If a price change applies to your Subscription, we will provide notice as required by law and your plan will renew at the new price unless you cancel before the renewal.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be presented at checkout if required.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard (if available) or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods.
  • Canceling does not delete your account automatically. You may request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refund terms depend on what you purchased. Any stricter or more specific refund policy shown at checkout will control for that purchase.

Access Pro Subscription

  • General rule: Subscription payments are non refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
  • Trial: If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the Subscription.

Individual Course Purchases (Non subscription)

If we offer individual course purchases outside the Subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, unless the checkout page for that product states otherwise.

Live Programs (If Offered)

If we offer live programs (such as a Bootcamp), the refund policy for that program will be listed on the program checkout page and will control. If no program specific policy is shown, you may request a refund before the start of the second live session for a full refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may result in loss of access to the Service and suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. Community and Acceptable Use

If the Service includes community features (such as comments, groups, or chat), you agree to use them respectfully and lawfully.

  • No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
  • No posting of illegal content, malware, or instructions to commit wrongdoing.
  • No sharing of other people’s private information without permission.
  • No attempts to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.
  • No spamming, scraping, or automated access that harms the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your access for violations of these rules.

8. Intellectual Property and License

The Service and all Content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your License to Use the Content

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal learning and career development during your access period.

Engineering Artifacts and Code

Technical deliverables provided within the Service (including frameworks, templates, Postman collections, database schemas, configuration files, and any Cursor rules or similar files) are part of the Content and are provided for personal use in your learning and portfolio unless otherwise stated.

  • You may use them in a personal portfolio to demonstrate skills.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or white label the Content or artifacts as your own product or training.
  • You may not share paid Content with non members or on public repositories unless a specific item is explicitly designated for public sharing.

Your Content

If you post content in the community or submit content to us, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service and to moderate the community.

9. Third Party Services

The Service may integrate third party tools (for example, payment processors, analytics, or video hosting) and may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for third party services. Your use of third party services is subject to their terms and policies.

10. Educational Disclaimer

The Service provides educational content only. We do not guarantee job placement, employment, income, interview outcomes, or specific results. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, background, and market conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

15. Dispute Resolution

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Electronic Communications: You consent to receiving communications from us electronically (for example, via email or notices on the Website).
